Water Curtain Spray Booth Product Introduction：
Water Curtain Cabinet is high-efficiency paint mist purification equipment specially designed for industrial painting workshops.
It is mainly manufactured with stainless steel and carbon steel, featuring stable structure, corrosion resistance and long service life. During spraying operations, it captures floating paint mist, solvent vapor and paint residue generated in the painting process through circulating water curtain, effectively preventing paint mist from escaping into the workshop air.
This equipment greatly reduces air pollution, improves working environment, protects operators' respiratory health, and meets industrial environmental protection emission standards.
It is widely used in furniture spraying, hardware painting, auto parts coating, plastic product finishing and other surface painting industries. Compared with dry filter paint booths, the water curtain type has low filter replacement cost, stable purification efficiency, and can handle large-volume continuous painting production.
Water Curtain Cabinet Main Components：
1. Cabinet Body Frame Material: Carbon steel with anti-rust paint or full stainless steel 304
Function: Main supporting structure, integrated all internal parts, sealed air flow channel to prevent paint mist leakage
2. Arc Water Curtain Plate Core water-forming component, smooth curved stainless steel plate
Function: Make circulating water flow evenly to form continuous, complete water curtain for primary capture of paint mist particles.
3. Circulating Water Tank (Bottom Sediment Tank) Large water storage tank at the bottom of the cabinet
Function: Store circulating water; paint sludge sinks to the bottom for centralized collection, easy sludge cleaning, reduce pump blockage
4. Water Circulation Pump & Pipeline System Industrial corrosion-resistant water pump, matching water inlet/outlet pipes, regulating water valve
Function: Deliver water from bottom tank to top water distribution tank, adjust water flow to control water curtain thickness.
5. Top Water Distribution TankHorizontal tank mounted on the top inner side of cabinet
Function: Evenly distribute water to the entire top edge of the arc plate to ensure uniform water curtain without dry gaps.
6. Sawtooth Secondary Washing Tank Serrated overflow structure below the water curtain plate
Function: Secondary water washing for residual tiny paint mist; break air flow to intercept ultrafine paint droplets that escape the main water curtain.
7. Exhaust Fan & Air Duct Interface
High air volume centrifugal fan, air outlet flange for connecting exhaust pipe
Function: Form stable negative pressure inside the cabinet, suck all paint mist air into equipment, discharge purified air outdoors.
8. Sludge Cleaning Hatch / Drain Valve
Manhole door on tank side and bottom drain valve
Function: Convenient regular cleaning of paint sludge and waste water discharge
9. Adjustable Support Feet Bottom height-adjustable foot pads
Function: Level the whole equipment on uneven workshop ground, stabilize cabinet, prevent water leakage caused by tilt.

Water Curtain Spray Booth Working Principle：
1.Water Curtain Spray Booth Air suction circulation: The built-in exhaust fan forms negative pressure inside the cabinet, drawing all paint mist mixed air generated during spraying into the equipment.
2.Water curtain capture: Circulating water pump continuously delivers water to the top water tank, and water flows down uniformly along the arc baffle to form a complete dense water curtain. When paint-laden airflow hits the water curtain, most paint particles are adsorbed and dissolved into the water.
3.Water Curtain Spray Booth Secondary water washing purification: The air passes through the sawtooth water tank at the bottom for secondary water washing, capturing residual tiny paint mist droplets that are not fully intercepted by the main water curtain.
4.Water Curtain Spray Booth Separation and discharge: Cleaned air is discharged outdoors through the exhaust duct after purification. Paint sludge mixed in circulating water sinks to the bottom sediment tank for regular cleaning; the water is recycled to cut water consumption, realizing continuous cyclic purification.
5.Waste residue treatment: The paint sludge accumulated at the bottom can be regularly salvaged, avoiding pipeline and pump blockage to maintain long-term stable operation of the equipment
