Washing tower Working Principle
Washing tower Acid and alkali waste gas treatment: Acidic mist waste gas is introduced into the purification tower through ducts. After passing through the packing layer, it comes into countercurrent contact with the sodium hydroxide solution sprayed from the top of the tower. A thorough absorption and neutralization reaction occurs between the gas and liquid phases. After purification, the waste gas is dehydrated and defogged using a defogging plate. Finally, it is discharged into the atmosphere by a fan.
Spray Tower Dust-containing waste gas treatment: After the dust-laden gas enters the spray tower through the ducts, the water spray alters the direction of the gas flow. Most dust particles adhere to the water and remain in it. The remaining dust particles mix thoroughly with the circulating spray water before being captured by the water. The dust-laden water is then separated by centrifugation or filtration and flows along the tower walls into the circulation tank. The purified gas is released into the atmosphere at high altitudes.

PP spray tower operation procedure
First. Preparation before starting the machine
1. Add the water level of the tank and distribution tank to the equipment overflow port and open the inlet valve.
2. Check pump and fan, tighten each bolt in time.
Second, the boot Turn on the spray pump switch, and turn on the fan switch after the spray runs uniformly. Observe whether the pump and fan are running normally, whether there is leakage, whether there is abnormal sound.
Third, stop Cut off the fan power, then cut off the spray pump power, clean the site.
Fourthly. Daily maintenance
1. When the water level of the distribution tank falls to 200mm above the water inlet of the pump, the distribution tank must be filled with water immediately to prevent the pump from burning out and the temperature in the tower is too high.
2. The mixed liquid in the tank should be replaced every 7 days and the sludge should be discharged once a month to prevent the sludge from blocking the water inlet hole of the pump.
3. Fill in the equipment operation record for each shift.

Operation Procedure of the Washing Tower
1. Preparations before startup
Follow the installation instructions to properly set up the equipment. Ensure that it’s correctly connected to the power supply, water source, and chemical storage systems. Comply with all safety regulations.
Raise the water levels in the sink and the liquid preparation tank to the equipment’s overflow points, then open the inlet valves.
Inspect components such as pumps and fans, tighten all connection bolts, and restart the power switch.
If chemical treatment is required, fill the spray tank with water, add 15 kilograms of sodium hydroxide, and stir until dissolved.
2. Normal startup
Turn on the circulating water pump to spray the sprinkler system.
Restart the fan to allow waste gases to enter the tower for purification.
The sedimentation tank is regularly emptied of sludge every month or so, to remove moisture, dust, and impurities.
3. Shutdown Procedure
Turn off the fan, circulation pump, chemical dosing system, and valves in sequence.
