Working theory of Water Curtain Spray Booth
The environmental-friendly water curtain paint spray booth mainly used the water pump to make the water flow evenly on the water curtain. Then the over sprayed paint mist from the gun will flow into the water tank mixed with the water. And few paint mist is extracted to the workshop outside by the upper extract fan via the extract duct. Thus it provides the workers with a good work environment without paint mist.

Usage and maintenance of Water Curtain Spray Booth with Stainless Steel Curtain
1. Please spray some butter onto the fan blades before running the environmental-friendly water curtain paint booth. Thus it is easier for the workers to clean the paints on the fan after long period.
2. Please be ensured that the fan is clockwise running while running the spray paint booth. Thus the booth could discharge the paint mist to the workshop outside while running. If the fan is counter-clockwise running, you just need to replace the three hot wires on the motor.
3. Please handle the paints on the fan blades during certain period.
4. Pay attention to the fan blades during handling in case the fan blades become deformed then influences the fan using and reduce the fan lifetime.
5. The water water tank can not be too full to clog the water pump.
6. The pump cannot be used without water. If you find that you cannot pump water, Please cut off the power immediately.
