This complete industrial waste gas treatment system consists of a PP spray scrubber tower, corrosion-resistant exhaust fan, air ducts and auxiliary purification equipment, with CE certification for global industrial environmental projects.
The main tower body is constructed from thick anti-corrosion polypropylene (PP), which can withstand strong acid, alkali and corrosive industrial waste gas, featuring long service life and low maintenance cost. It is equipped with multi-layer spray pipes, atomizing nozzles, PP packing layers and a top mist eliminator, forming a complete gas-liquid reaction purification unit.
Supporting centrifugal fans extract polluted exhaust gas from production workshops and deliver it into the scrubber. After neutralization, absorption and demisting inside the tower, pollutants such as acid mist, alkaline fume, VOCs, hydrogen sulfide and chemical odor are fully removed. Clean gas that meets international emission standards is discharged into the air.

Working Principle of Complete Waste Gas Scrubber System
Working Principle：
1.Gas Extraction & Conveying The corrosion-resistant centrifugal fan generates negative pressure to extract toxic and polluted waste gas from production workshops, then transports the waste gas to the bottom inlet of the PP scrubber tower via air ducts.
2.Upward Gas Flow Inside Tower Polluted gas rises evenly from the tower bottom through the support plate and packing layers, fully preparing for gas-liquid contact reaction.
3.CE Certified Industrial Scrubber Tower Countercurrent Spray Neutralization & Absorption The circulation pump sends neutralizing liquid (alkaline liquid for acid waste gas, acidic liquid for alkaline fume) to multi-layer top spray pipelines. Fine mist droplets spray downward against the upward gas flow. Harmful gas molecules dissolve and produce neutralization chemical reactions with the liquid on the surface of PP packing, turning harmful substances into soluble salts and trapping them in the circulating water. The packing greatly expands gas-liquid contact area to boost purification effect.
