How a water curtain cabinet works
The paint mist-containing waste gas enters the bottom of the tower under the action of a fan. It then rises evenly through the air distribution device. Multiple spray layers inside the tower convert circulating water into a dense water curtain at an angle of 60–120°.
The paint mist particles collide with these liquid droplets, get adsorbed and agglomerated, before settling to the bottom of the tank along with the water flow.
