Product features
Working Principle：
1. Polluted waste gas enters the tower body through the air inlet at a certain wind speed and flows into the cyclone separation chamber first. Under centrifugal force, large solid particles and heavy oil mist are thrown onto the inner wall of the cyclone cylinder, then fall into the bottom water tank by gravity.
2.The remaining fine gas flows upward to the multi-layer spray area; the circulating pump delivers water to atomizing nozzles to form dense water mist.
3.Harmful gas fully contacts with water mist, soluble acid, alkali and odor substances are absorbed and dissolved into the circulating water.
4.After spray washing, the gas passes through a dehydration baffling layer to remove water mist entrained in clean air, avoiding water drop outflow from the exhaust outlet.Purified clean gas is discharged from the top air outlet to the atmosphere, meeting industrial environmental protection standards.
5.The circulating water with pollutants flows back to the bottom sedimentation tank; sediment accumulates at the bottom and can be cleaned regularly, and water can be reused after adding neutralizing liquid.
