Mobile welding fume extraction systems Product Overview:
Our welding fume extractor is specially designed for industrial welding, cutting and grinding processes. It effectively captures welding fume, fine dust and harmful smoke, protecting workers' respiratory health and improving workshop air quality. Equipped with 360° flexible suction arm, mobile base and high-efficiency filtration system, this welding fume purifier is widely used in metalworking workshops, welding stations and manufacturing factories

Mobile welding fume extraction systems Working principle:
Welding fume and dust are sucked into the extractor through the suction hood. Large particles and sparks are blocked by the first-stage fire-resistant net. Fine fume is then filtered by high-efficiency filter cartridges. Clean air is discharged back to the workshop. With optional pulse cleaning, dust attached on the filter will be blown off automatically to keep stable suction.

Introduction to various models of the product

The specifications, models, and parameters of welding fume purifiers include the following:

Power: The power of the welding fume purifier refers to the power supply of the equipment. Generally, the higher the power, the more welding fumes particles can be adsorbed and purified, resulting in better performance. You need to choose the power level that suits your actual working environment.

Air volume: Air volume refers to the suction capacity of the welding fume purifier, usually expressed in cubic meters per hour. The amount of airflow depends on the area of the welding workspace and the concentration of the gas. Generally speaking, the larger the airflow, the more welding fumes can be purified. For example, the HCHYD4800 welding fume purifier can process air volumes up to 4800m³/h2.

Filtration methods: The filtration methods for welding fume purifiers generally include mechanical filtration, electrostatic dust removal, and wet filtration. Mechanical filtration uses fiber, mesh, and other filters for filtration; electrostatic dust removal uses the effect of electrostatic adsorption to purify welding fumes particles; wet filtration sprays water mist into the welding fumes to purify the gases. You need to choose the filtration method that best suits your actual needs. For example, the SRA-200XP welding fume purifier uses an adjustable airflow filtration method.

Filtration area: The filtration area is an important parameter affecting the performance of welding fume purifiers. Taking the welding fume purifier model HCHYD4800 as an example, its filtration area is 8M²6.

Equipment weight: Equipment weight is also a parameter to consider when choosing a welding fume purifier. Taking the welding fume purifier model HCHYD4800 as an example, the equipment weighs 75KG6.

Noise Index: The noise index is a parameter that measures the amount of noise generated during the operation of welding fume purifiers. Taking the welding fume purifier model HCHYD4800 as an example, its noise index is 50DB6.

Dust removal efficiency: Dust removal efficiency refers to the filtration effect of welding fume purifiers on dust and smoke. Taking the welding fume purifier model HCHYD4800 as an example, it achieves a dust removal efficiency of 99.9%.

Filter media cleaning: Filter media cleaning is achieved through a pulse control device using a spray device. After the purifier has been running for a period of time, fine dust particles can adhere to the surface of the filter material, reducing its permeability. At regular intervals, the pulse controller sends signals to control the solenoid valve. Clean compressed air is expelled from the valve opening, and the fine dust adsorbed on the filter surface is removed by the airflow and settles in the dust collection hopper at the bottom of the chamber.

Fume extraction system includes components

The components and functions of the welding fume purifier are as follows:
