2. Corrosion-resistant washing towerWorking Principle

Contaminated acid waste gas enters the PP spray tower from the bottom air inlet and flows upward. Alkaline neutralizing liquid is atomized into tiny droplets and sprayed downward from multi-layer nozzles, forming full countercurrent gas-liquid contact.
Acid pollutants fully react with the absorption liquid and dissolve into circulating water. A top demister separates residual water mist, and clean exhaust gas is discharged up to standard. The liquid can recycle automatically to save chemical agent cost.
