## Working Principle of the PP Spray Tower
Contaminated waste gas enters the PP spray tower from the bottom, and flows upward through the tower body. At the same time, the circulating water pump sends the treatment liquid to the spray headers installed at the top of the tower. The liquid is atomized into fine mist droplets, which fully contact the rising polluted gas.
During this gas-liquid contact process, harmful substances such as acid mist, dust and VOCs are absorbed or neutralized by the treatment liquid. The clean gas then passes through the defogging layer at the top of the tower, removing any residual water mist before being discharged into the atmosphere. The polluted liquid, after absorbing the contaminants, flows into the water tank at the bottom for recycling or further treatment.
