They remove particulate matter, acidic/alkaline gases, and other pollutants from waste gas through gas-liquid two-phase contact mass transfer, utilizing physical absorption and chemical reactions. Widely used in chemical, metallurgical, power, and coating industries, they are one of the mainstream purification equipment in the industrial environmental protection field.

After entering the bottom of the tower, the exhaust gas flows upward. The circulation pump delivers the washing liquid (water or chemical absorbent) to the top, where it is sprayed downward in mist/fine droplets. The gas and liquid phases fully contact inside the tower, removing pollutants through three methods:
1. Physical absorption: Pollutants soluble in the detergent (such as hydrogen chloride, ammonia) dissolve directly, achieving transition from gas phase to liquid phase;
2. Chemical reaction: Acidic/alkaline waste gas neutralizes the corresponding absorbent (e.g., sulfuric acid mist neutralizes with alkaline solution, ammonia absorbs with acid solution)
3. Inertial collision and interception: Particles in the exhaust gas collide with droplets, are captured by droplets, and are expelled with the washing liquid

1. Tower body:
The main body is cylindrical and made of corrosion-resistant materials (fiberglass, stainless steel, PP, etc.).

2. Spraying system: including spray pipes and nozzles (spiral, centrifugal, etc.), which evenly spray the washing liquid into dense droplets to increase the gas-liquid contact area.

3. Packing layer (equipped in some models): Built-in plastic balls, ceramic rings and other packing materials further increase the gas-liquid contact area and improve purification efficiency.

4. Demisting device: Located at the top of the tower, it removes mist droplets carried in the exhaust gas through structures such as baffles and wire mesh to prevent secondary pollution.

5. Circulation system: Consists of a circulation pump and a circulation water tank. The washing liquid can be recycled after absorbing pollutants, reducing operating costs.

6. Control system: Automatically monitors parameters such as exhaust gas flow rate, washing liquid pH value, and temperature, and adjusts the spray volume and circulation pump speed to ensure stable operation.
