This movable two-stage cyclone pulse dust collector adopts a two-step dust purification structure: primary cyclone centrifugal separation + secondary cartridge precision filtration. Compared with single-stage dust collectors, it can separate most large granular dust in advance, protecting filter cartridges and extending their service life. The whole machine is mounted on wear-resistant casters, allowing flexible transfer to different workstations. Built-in pulse air tank and automatic blowing system realize non-stop self-cleaning, no need to shut down the machine to clean dust manually.

Two-Stage Cyclone Pulse Dust Collector working Principle
1.The top powerful motor creates negative pressure, drawing dust air into the cyclone barrel through the suction port.
2.Fast rotating airflow produces centrifugal force: heavy dust slides down into the front dust box; light fine dust flows upward to the filter cartridge area.
3.Tiny dust particles are trapped on the outer surface of filter cartridges, while clean air passes through the filter.
4.The pulse system regularly releases high-pressure air to blast the cartridge surface, shaking off accumulated fine dust into the rear dust bag automatically.
5.Purified clean air is discharged from the exhaust outlet, which can be connected with external ducts to vent outdoors.
6.Users only need to take out the dust box and dust bag periodically to clean waste dust.
