The working principle of a flat grinding table
The dust enters the purifier through the negative pressure generated by the fan through the suction port and the lower suction port, the airflow enters the inflow channel, the large particles of dust fall into the dust collection drawer under the action of gravity after impacting with the inflow plate, and the dust containing fine particles enters the filtration chamber.

Do not step on or pull wires with force.
Please keep this manual properly before use and place it near the device for easy reference.
After the equipment has been in operation for a while, dust accumulation on the outside of the filter bags increases.
It’s necessary to carry out dust removal maintenance promptly.
Wear goggles and gloves during grinding operations to ensure proper personal protection.
General preparation work (Grinding Bench)
Before startup, complete lubrication of all lubrication points according to the lubrication diagram, and the hydraulic system must use filtered N32G hydraulic guide oil
Coolant adopts a 7%-10% concentration of saponified solution oil mixed with water
After the equipment is placed on the foundation, use a level to adjust it to a horizontal state. After installation is complete, it can first be used with an electromagnetic chuck for trial grinding to ensure processing accuracy
The workpiece needs to be securely fixed on the workbench surface. Do not drag the workpiece directly on the surface to avoid damaging the workbench
The Grinding Bench is only to be used for grinding workpieces; when the equipment is running, no other items may be placed on the machine except for the fixed workpiece
