The gas passes through the filter element from the outer surface of the dust filter material, and the dust is blocked by the filter element on its surface.When the dust is continuously deposited on the surface of the filter element, the filter element is cleaned by adopting the structure of a manual ash cleaner, so that the dust particles deposited on the filter element can detach from the surface of the filter element and fall into the ash collection drawer under the action of vibration.The purified air is discharged by the air duct and fan.After prolonged use, more dust accumulates on the outer surface of the filter cartridge, increasing resistance and causing a significant drop in airflow.
At this point, the pulse cleaning device is activated to backwash and clean the filter cartridge, using compressed air to shake off dust from the cartridge outer wall and collect it in the dust collection drawer, ensuring long-term smooth operation and stable dust collection performance.
