The working principle of the cyclone dust collector is to use the centrifugal force generated by rotating airflow to separate dust particles from the airflow.
It is mainly used to separate particles larger than 5-15 microns. It has advantages such as a simple structure, moderate resistance, and convenient operation and maintenance, but its collection efficiency for particles smaller than 5 microns is not high, so it is generally used for pre-dust removal.
The cyclone dust collector mainly consists of an inlet pipe, cylindrical body, cyclone, outlet pipe, bottom ash hopper, load-bearing frame, and other components.
The cylindrical body is the main component and contains the cyclone inside. After entering the dust collector, the dust-laden gas rotates downward along the wall of the device, forming an external vortex.
Upon reaching the bottom of the cone, it rotates upward along the axis to form an internal vortex.
Dust particles move toward the outer wall under centrifugal force, and under the combined influence of airflow and gravity, fall along the wall into the ash hopper, thereby separating dust particles from the airflow.
When dust particles accumulate to a certain extent, cleaning is required, usually done manually or with automatic ash cleaning devices
