1.Cyclone Washing Tower Multi-Chamber Independent Cyclone Separation System
Our cyclone washing tower is divided into multiple independent rotational flow chambers with conical cyclone barrels inside. When waste gas rushes into the cyclone cavity at high speed, centrifugal force throws large paint particles and dust to the cone wall, then pollutants slide down into the bottom water tank for centralized collection. Each chamber reserves an independent observation and cleaning window, operators can check slag accumulation without stopping the whole machine. Compared with ordinary packing spray towers, the cyclone washing tower has no filler to stick paint slag, extending the continuous working cycle by more than 5 times.

2. Full 304 Stainless Steel Integrated Welding Body
The whole tower frame, cyclone cone, water tank and air duct of the cyclone washing tower adopt thickened 304 stainless steel plate fully welded. It can withstand high-temperature waste gas below 180℃, and will not deform or rust under long-term negative pressure operation. For production lines with weak acid waste gas, we can upgrade the material to 316L stainless steel to enhance anti-corrosion performance. PP plastic towers cannot bear high-temperature exhaust, so this stainless steel cyclone washing tower is the preferred purification equipment for baking paint and hot processing workshops.

3. Integrated Bottom Circulation Water Tank
The cyclone washing tower integrates a sealed water storage tank at the bottom, no need to match an external pool, saving workshop floor space and simplifying pipeline layout. It is equipped with overflow ports, drain valves and visual liquid level gauges, which makes it convenient for foreign factory workers to replace sewage and add neutralizing agents regularly. The widened sediment area reduces the frequency of manual slag cleaning.

4. Two-Stage Top Demisting Structure
After cyclone separation and water spray washing, waste gas will pass through double-layer baffle demisters at the top of the cyclone washing tower. It can intercept more than 99% of water mist mixed in airflow, preventing water droplets from flowing into the rear exhaust fan to cause corrosion and damage, lowering the later replacement cost of supporting equipment.
