Industrial Mobile Cyclone Dust Extractor the working principle of the cyclone dust collector is to use the centrifugal force generated by a rotating flow of dust-laden air to separate particulate pollutants from the gas.
Each component of a cyclone dust collector has a certain size ratio. Any change in proportional relationship can affect the efficiency and pressure loss of the cyclone dust collector, with the dust collector diameter, air inlet size, and exhaust pipe diameter being the main influencing factors.
When using it, it should be noted that when a certain threshold is exceeded, favorable factors can also turn into unfavorable ones. Additionally, some factors are beneficial for improving dust removal efficiency but increase pressure loss, so adjustments to all factors must be taken into account.
The structure of a cyclone dust collector includes an intake pipe, exhaust pipe, cylindrical body, conical body, and ash hopper. The specific work process is as follows:
The dust-laden airflow enters the dust removal chamber at a certain speed from the tangential direction of the cyclone dust collector, forming a strong rotating airflow.During rotation, solid particles in the airflow are subjected to centrifugal force and thrown toward the outer wall of the dust collector.
Because particulate matter is heavier than air, it is more easily separated by centrifugal force.Particles thrown toward the outer wall move downward along the wall surface and fall into the ash collection hopper under gravity.
The ash hopper is usually located at the bottom of the dust collector, making it easy to collect and process separated particles.As the rotational radius decreases and centripetal force acts on it, the rotating airflow gradually converges toward the center area of the dust collector.
At this point, the airflow speed decreases and the pressure rises, eventually forming a relatively stable updraft.
This updraft carries a small amount of fine particles that are not fully separated and continues to move upward, but most of it has been effectively removed.
Finally, the clean gas is discharged through the top exhaust port of the dust collector.
