一、High Efficiency Dust Extraction Grinding Table Product Introduction
Downdraft sanding table also called grinding workbench is an integrated dust removal polishing equipment, widely used in metal grinding, hardware polishing, wood sanding, rust removal and surface buffing. It is divided into dry type and wet type. The tabletop is equipped with air suction holes; grinding dust is sucked downward instead of floating upward into workshop air, improving working environment and complying with environmental emission standards. Our sanding bench supports OEM size customization, with casters optional for mobile use, suitable for small workshops, furniture factories, hardware processing plants.
二、High Efficiency Dust Extraction Grinding Table Working Principle
1. Dry Downdraft Sanding Table
Built-in fan generates negative pressure inside the cabinet;Dust produced during grinding is pulled down through table surface holes by downward airflow;Large dust settles at the bottom ash drawer directly; fine dust is intercepted by filter cartridge;Pulse cleaning model: automatic pulse jet blows dust off filter regularly to keep suction stable, clean air exhausts out.
2. Wet Water Cycle Sanding Table
Internal water tank stores circulating water, fan forms negative pressure;Grinding dust enters water chamber downward, most dust mixes with water and sinks;Water pump circulates water continuously to catch floating fine dust;Clean air after water washing is discharged outward, mud residue cleaned from water tank regularly

Operation StepsBefore startup:
1. Check ash drawer is installed in place, filter cartridges fixed tightly, no blockage on table holes.Turn on main power switch, start exhaust fan, wait 30s for stable negative pressure.Place workpiece on tabletop, start grinding/polishing operation directly; dust will be sucked down automatically.Pulse cleaning model: Keep pulse system powered on, it auto cleans filter regularly during working.After work: Shut down machine, pull out ash drawer to clean accumulated dust.
2.Precautions :
Do not block table suction holes with workpiece or scraps.For spark generating metal grinding, choose wet type sanding table to avoid fire risk.Regular maintenance of fan, filter and water pump to guarantee suction effect.
