Working Principle:
1.Source downdraft dust capture The built-in high-power centrifugal fan runs to form strong uniform downward negative pressure on the perforated tabletop. When operators grind or polish workpieces, all generated dust, metal scraps and abrasive powder are pulled vertically down into the internal filter cabin immediately, stopping dust from spreading in the air. The surrounding baffle prevents dust splashing sideways to strengthen dust collection effect.
2.Multi-cartridge layered dust interception filtration Dust-laden air flows into the filter cabin and passes through multiple vertical industrial filter cartridges in sequence. Large and ultra-fine dust particles are fully trapped on the outer surface of filter cartridges, clean air penetrates through the filter material while all solid pollutants are separated and stored. The bottom pull-out ash drawer collects heavy falling dust for regular cleaning.
3.Circulation exhaust of purified clean air After thorough filtration, dust-free clean air passes through the fan and circulates back into the workshop from the equipment rear air outlet. The whole system works in closed internal circulation, without connecting external exhaust pipes to outdoors.
