Our cyclone washing tower adopts full 304 stainless steel as the main structural material, which is the core advantage different from traditional PP plastic towers and ordinary carbon steel towers. Ordinary plastic equipment is prone to aging, cracking and deformation under long-term high-temperature waste gas erosion, while carbon steel will quickly rust and leak after contacting corrosive liquid.
The 304 stainless steel we use has excellent acid and alkali resistance, oxidation resistance and rust-proof performance. The whole tower body adopts full automatic seamless argon arc welding technology, the welding gap is tight and smooth, there is no liquid leakage or gas leakage during long-term circulating operation. Under normal industrial working conditions, the service life of our stainless steel cyclone tower can reach 8 to 10 years, which is 3 times longer than PP towers. Adopt unique cyclone rotational flow purification technology. Contaminated waste gas enters the tower tangentially and generates strong cyclone rotation inside the chamber.
Gas and purification liquid collide and mix fully under centrifugal force. Large particulate dust, oil mist and chemical pollutants are captured and washed down by the circulating water system. Multilayer cyclone separation structures realize primary rough filtration and secondary fine purification step by step, greatly improving waste gas removal efficiency, and effectively reducing exhaust emission concentration to meet environmental discharge standards.
