Stainless Steel Cyclone Spray Scrubber This integrated cyclone spray scrubber tower is an all-in-one stainless steel wet waste gas purification equipment, combining cyclone primary separation, multi-layer spray absorption and hollow sphere demisting technology. The whole machine integrates circulating water tank, auxiliary water tank, corrosion-resistant circulation pump, atomization spray system and demisting layer into one compact unit, eliminating the need for an external independent water tank and simplifying on-site installation greatly.

Hollow Sphere Demisting Layer Filled with mass hollow plastic spheres, this section intercepts tiny water droplets and residual trace pollutants carried by airflow, removing mist entrainment thoroughly to avoid secondary water pollution from exhaust gas.
Stainless Steel Cyclone Spray Scrubber Dual Water Tank Design (Circulating & Auxiliary Tank) The bottom large circulating water tank stores absorption liquid for recycling. Working Principle:
1.Cyclone Pre-Separation (Primary Dust Removal) Polluted waste gas flows into the tower through the side air inlet and enters the built-in cyclone separation zone.
High-speed rotating airflow generates strong centrifugal force, throwing heavy solid impurities such as paint slag, large dust particles and grit to the inner wall. These heavy pollutants slide down and settle into the bottom circulating water tank, avoiding blockage of upper spray nozzles and packing layers. Fine harmful gas continues rising with airflow.
2.Multi-Layer Spray Gas-Liquid Neutralization & Absorption The corrosion-resistant circulating pump continuously transports neutralizing liquid (water, alkaline solution or special absorbent) from the bottom water tank to multi-layer atomizing spray nozzles.
The nozzles eject dense fine water mist evenly, fully mixing and contacting with upward waste gas. Acid mist, alkaline fume, soluble VOC odor and toxic gas dissolve or undergo neutralization reaction with the liquid. Harmful substances transfer from gas phase to liquid phase and sink into the water tank as sediment.
3.Hollow Sphere Demisting & Secondary Filtration After spray absorption, the mixed gas carrying tiny water droplets rises to the hollow sphere demisting layer. A large number of hollow plastic spheres greatly expand the gas-liquid contact area, capturing entrained mist droplets and residual trace harmful gas. Water droplets converge and flow back to the circulating water tank, while dry, purified clean gas passes through the top air outlet and is discharged up to environmental standards.
4.Circulating Liquid Recycle System The absorption liquid stored in the circulating water tank is pumped repeatedly for spray reaction. The auxiliary water tank automatically supplements liquid to maintain stable liquid level. When the circulating liquid accumulates excessive pollutants, users can drain and replace the liquid regularly to sustain stable purification efficiency.
