Carbon steel bag dust collector Working Principle：
1️⃣Dust-laden Air Intake Dust-containing gas generated from grinding, cutting, polishing, cement mixing or boiler flue gas enters the dust collector from the air inlet. The coarse heavy dust particles first drop into the ash hopper under the effect of gravity and baffles, realizing primary separation.
2️⃣Filtration Separation by Filter Bags Fine dust particles flow upward with the airflow and are blocked on the outer surface of the filter bags. Clean air penetrates through the fabric filter bags and flows into the upper clean air chamber, then discharged out through the exhaust fan to the atmosphere.
3️⃣Automatic Pulse Cleaning System As dust accumulates on the bag surface, air resistance rises. The PLC pulse control system automatically triggers the pulse valve. Compressed air instantly sprays into the interior of each filter bag, forming instantaneous shock wave. The dust attached to the bag surface shakes off and falls into the bottom ash hopper.
4️⃣Dust Discharge & Circulation The dust collected in the ash hopper can be regularly discharged through ash valves or screw conveyors. The filter bags recover their permeability, and the whole filtration & cleaning cycle runs continuously without stopping the machine.
