Working Principle of Double-Arm Mobile Welding Fume Extractor
Working Principle：
1.Source Smoke Capture Internal centrifugal fan generates stable negative pressure. Toxic welding smoke, metal dust and high-temperature sparks are sucked into the machine immediately by the two adjustable suction hoods right above welding stations.
2.First Stage Spark Interception Polluted air passes through flame retardant spark arrestor mesh first. High-temperature welding sparks are blocked, large metal slag sinks into the bottom dust drawer for centralized collection to eliminate fire hazards.
3.Gradient Deep Purification Residual fine fume flows through multi-layer filters step by step: primary cotton traps coarse dust, medium filter intercepts fine metal particles, HEPA core captures ultrafine toxic fume, optional activated carbon absorbs irritating welding odor and VOC gas.
4.Standard Clean Air Discharge After full multi-stage purification, harmless clean air is discharged from the side air outlet and circulated back into the workshop without secondary pollution.
5.Regular Maintenance Operation Metal dust and slag accumulate in the bottom drawer. Users can open the side door to dump dust and replace saturated filter cartridges regularly to maintain stable purification performance.
