The core competitive advantage of this grinding table comes from the exclusive bottom negative pressure airflow system. Equipped with a 2.2KW high-power industrial centrifugal fan, the equipment forms stable negative pressure inside the closed working cabin after startup.
When workers perform grinding work on the tabletop, all fine dust particles, metal filings and wood debris will be pulled vertically downward into the internal filter chamber immediately, instead of diffusing into the workshop air. The built-in multi-layer gradient filter cartridges adopt high-efficiency filter materials, with a dust interception efficiency of up to 99% for fine particles above 0.3μm. After filtering clean air is discharged from the reserved air outlet, which fully meets the waste gas emission standards of EU CE certification and American OSHA occupational health regulations. The downward air path avoids the problem of dust re-floating caused by horizontal air intake, and the dust removal effect is far superior to traditional open-type grinding workbenches.

The surrounding fully enclosed cabin structure can effectively block dust splashing outward, and the top embedded long-strip LED lighting lamp provides sufficient and soft lighting for fine grinding operations in dim factory environments.
The independent external electric control panel integrates start-stop buttons, emergency stop switches, universal power sockets and digital operation display instruments. Workers can directly connect polishing and grinding tools on the workbench without additional wiring construction. Four brake-type universal casters are installed at the bottom of the fuselage. Users can freely move the equipment to different stations of the production line according to the production schedule, and lock the casters to keep the workbench stable during high-load grinding work without shaking or displacement.
