Working Principle of Stainless Steel Spray Scrubber
Waste Gas Inlet & Upward Flow High-temperature polluted waste gas enters the tower from the side bottom air inlet, and rises uniformly inside the stainless steel cylinder under the negative pressure of the induced draft fan.
Countercurrent Spray & Chemical Absorption The circulating pump delivers neutralizing absorption liquid to multi-layer spray pipes at the upper part of the tower. The atomizing nozzles spray fine liquid droplets downward, forming dense water curtain. The rising waste gas fully contacts with the falling liquid through stainless steel packing. Harmful gas components dissolve and undergo neutralization chemical reaction with the liquid, turning toxic pollutants into soluble salts and being trapped in the circulating liquid. Stainless steel packing improves high-temperature resistance and avoids deformation under hot flue gas.
Mist Removal & Dehydration Process After absorption, the gas mixed with water mist continues to rise to the top stainless steel mist eliminator. The baffle structure intercepts tiny liquid droplets, preventing mist from escaping with clean gas, reducing water loss and secondary pollution.
Standard Emission & Liquid Circulation Fully purified gas without harmful substances flows out from the top outlet and is discharged through the exhaust chimney up to environmental standards. The contaminated absorption liquid flows down into the integrated bottom water tank for cyclic reuse. Regularly add neutralizer and discharge sediment to maintain continuous purification performance.
