Working Principle of Double-Arm Mobile Welding Fume Extractor
1.Negative Pressure Air Suction at Smoke Source The built-in high-power centrifugal fan forms stable negative pressure inside the cabinet. The two freely bendable flexible suction arms can be fixed right above welding work points to instantly suck toxic welding smoke, metal dust and high-temperature sparks generated during welding, preventing fume from spreading across the workshop.
2.First-stage Spark Interception & Coarse Dust Separation Polluted airflow first passes through the flame-retardant spark arrestor mesh.
