Pulse Cleaning Bag Dust Extractor Introduction:
This pulse bag-type dust remover is an industrial dry dust purification equipment, widely used to capture granular smoke, powder dust generated during factory production. The whole machine adopts thick carbon steel plate welding structure, with solid frame, stable operation and long service life.
The equipment is composed of air inlet box, filter bag chamber, pulse jet cleaning system, ash hopper, ash discharge valve and induced draft fan matching interface. Inside the box, high-density filter bags are installed as the core filtering medium, which can block fine solid dust particles from exhaust gas.

Working Principle of Pulse Bag Dust Collector
1.Dust Filtration Stage Dust-laden flue gas enters the equipment from the side air inlet, and flows into the filter bag chamber. When dusty gas passes through the surface of the fabric filter bag, solid dust particles are blocked and adhered to the outer surface of the filter bag, while clean air penetrates the filter bag and flows into the upper air outlet box, then discharged out of the equipment through the fan up to standard. Dust accumulates layer by layer on the outer wall of filter bags as continuous working.
2.Automatic Pulse Ash Cleaning Stage When the dust thickness on filter bags reaches the set resistance value, the pulse control system automatically opens the electromagnetic pulse valve. High-pressure compressed air instantly sprays into each filter bag from the top blowpipe, forming instantaneous shock wave inside the bag. The filter bag rapidly expands and vibrates violently, shaking off the dust attached on the outer surface. The fallen dust slides down into the bottom ash hopper, and can be regularly cleared by ash discharge valve. Filtration and ash cleaning run alternately without shutdown, realizing uninterrupted long-term dust collection.
