Working Principle
Smoke Capture & Air Intake The built-in high-speed centrifugal fan generates strong negative pressure inside the cabinet. Welding smoke and metal dust produced during welding are instantly sucked into the equipment through the flexible suction hood and telescopic air duct.
Multi-stage Gradient Filtration Separation First, large particle welding slag and thick dust are blocked by the primary filter cotton; the remaining tiny fume enters the medium-efficiency filter to intercept medium-sized particulate pollutants; finally, ultra-fine metal oxide smoke is trapped by the internal HEPA high-efficiency filter core. Harmful welding dust is locked inside each filter layer, and clean air passes through the filter completely.
Clean Air Discharge The purified air without harmful welding fume is discharged from the top air outlet of the machine back into the workshop, realizing internal circulation air purification without external exhaust pipelines. When the filter elements accumulate excessive dust and suction power weakens, users can open the cabinet door to clean or replace the filter cotton and filter cores to restore the original suction performance.
