Working Principle
Stage 1: Cyclone Centrifugal Coarse Dust Separation Dust-laden air is sucked into the tangential inlet of the cyclone cylinder by the top high-vacuum fan. Air flow rotates rapidly inside the cone chamber to generate strong centrifugal force. Heavy large particles (metal scraps, stone grit, thick powder) are thrown to the cylinder wall, slide down along the wall by gravity and fall into the bottom ash drawer for centralized collection. Light tiny dust continues upward with the air flow into the secondary filter cabin.
Stage 2: Pleated Filter Cartridge Fine Filtration & Pulse Ash Cleaning Fine dust enters the transparent filter bin and is trapped on the outer surface of pleated filter cartridges. Clean air penetrates filter media and flows into the fan chamber to circulate back to the workshop. When dust accumulates on cartridges and air resistance rises, the automatic pulse control system activates the air tank pulse valves in turn. Instant high-pressure air impacts each filter cartridge, generating shock vibration to shake dust off the cartridge surface, which falls to the lower ash box. Filtration and ash cleaning run alternately without stopping the machine, keeping stable suction 24 hours continuously.
