The equipment adopts classic counter-current purification logic, and the operation steps are clear and orderly.
First, polluted waste gas enters the tower from the air inlet at the middle and lower part of the tower and flows upward at a stable speed.
Second, the circulating pump pressurizes the neutralizing cleaning liquid in the bottom water tank and delivers the liquid to the multi-layer spraying system at the top of the tower.

The liquid is atomized into tiny droplets and sprayed down evenly.
Third, upward waste gas and downward atomized liquid form reverse convection. Multi-layer PP packing inside the tower expands the gas-liquid contact area greatly. Acid pollutants will complete neutralization reaction with alkaline liquid, dust and paint mist will be captured and settled by droplets, and odor molecules will dissolve into the circulating liquid.
Finally, the purified gas passes through the top demister to intercept entrained liquid droplets to avoid pipeline dripping. Qualified clean gas is discharged from the top exhaust outlet, and the cleaning liquid flows back to the water tank for cyclic reuse.
