Circulating Water Spray Scrubber This integrated vertical spray scrubber tower is full 201/304/316 stainless steel wet waste gas purification equipment, integrating circulating water tank, water pump, multi-layer spray system, hollow sphere packing demisting layer and air inlet & air outlet into one compact unit.
Circulating Water Spray Scrubber It adopts wet absorption principle to neutralize, dissolve and intercept acid mist, alkali fume, VOC odor, paint mist, tiny dust and sulfur-containing flue gas, widely used for industrial factory waste gas treatment.
Complete Structural Configuration & Core Advantages
1.Integrated Circulating Water Tank & Auxiliary Water Tank The bottom built-in large-capacity circulating water tank stores absorption liquid (alkali liquid, clean water, neutralizing solvent). Equipped with independent auxiliary water tank for automatic water supplement and liquid level balance, no external water pool required, save workshop space and pipeline construction cost.
2.High-pressure Circulation Water Pump & Multi-layer Spray System Corrosion-resistant stainless steel water pump delivers circulating liquid evenly to multi-row atomizing nozzles. The spray system forms dense fine water mist to fully contact waste gas, maximize absorption reaction efficiency, purification rate ≥99%.
3.Hollow Sphere Packing Demisting Layer Mass hollow plastic spheres fill the demisting section, increasing gas-liquid contact area to fully capture residual harmful gas and tiny liquid droplets. It eliminates water mist entrainment in clean exhaust air, avoid secondary water pollution outside the equipment.
4.Cyclone Primary Separation Zone The air inlet side adopts cyclone pre-separation design, first intercept large particulate dust, paint slag and heavy impurities, reduce blockage of internal packing and nozzles, extend service life of whole machine.
5Full Stainless Steel Anti-corrosion Cabinet Whole body welded by thickened 201/304/316 stainless steel, resistant to acid, alkali and corrosive waste gas, suitable for long-term continuous operation in electroplating, chemical, coating workshops. Working Principle:
Stage 1: Cyclone Primary Dust Separation Polluted waste gas enters the equipment from the side air inlet, passing through built-in cyclone separation zone first. Large solid particles, paint slag and heavy dust are thrown to the tank wall by centrifugal force, sink directly into the bottom circulating water tank and precipitate, avoiding blockage of upper spray nozzles and packing layers.
Stage 2: Multi-layer Spray Gas-liquid Absorption Reaction The pre-cleaned waste gas rises upward and fully contacts dense fine water mist ejected from multi-layer spray system. The circulating pump continuously transports neutralizing absorption liquid from the bottom water tank to atomizing nozzles. Acid gas, alkali fume, VOC organic odor and soluble harmful substances in waste gas dissolve or neutralize with liquid, turning into harmless soluble salt residue and sink into water tank.
Stage 3: Hollow Sphere Demisting Dehydration Gas after spray absorption continues upward through the hollow sphere demisting layer. Countless hollow spheres greatly increase gas-liquid contact area, intercept tiny liquid droplets and residual trace harmful gas entrained in airflow. Clean dry gas without mist flows to the top air outlet and discharges up to environmental protection standards.
