Working principle of bag filter
1.Dust Filtration Stage Dust-laden gas enters the dust collector from the side air inlet. Large particle dust sinks directly into the ash hopper under gravity. Tiny dust flows upward into the filter chamber and is blocked and attached to the outer surface of filter bags. Clean air penetrates filter bags into the top air outlet chamber and is discharged up to environmental standards through induced draft fan. Dust accumulates gradually on filter bag surfaces during continuous operation, which increases equipment wind resistance.
2.Automatic Pulse Ash Cleaning Stage When the pressure difference inside the machine reaches the preset value, the pulse control system activates electromagnetic pulse valves in sequence. Instant high-pressure compressed air rushes into each filter bag, forming shock waves to make filter bags expand and vibrate violently. Dust attached on the bag surface falls down into the bottom ash hopper, which can be cleared regularly. Filtration and ash cleaning work alternately without equipment shutdown, realizing long-term continuous dust removal.
