Woodworking Dust CollectorProduct Overview
Our two-stage cyclone woodworking dust collector is a professional industrial dust extraction equipment specially developed for furniture factories, carpentry workshops and wood processing production lines. Different from single-stage dust removal devices, this equipment combines cyclone primary separation and filter cartridge fine purification dual technology, which can efficiently collect sawdust, wood shavings, fine wood powder and floating dust generated in cutting, sanding, planing and other woodworking processes. 1. Main Body Frame & Cyclone Barrel: Adopt high-quality thickened carbon steel plate with anti-rust electrostatic spraying treatment. The surface paint layer has strong adhesion, wear resistance and corrosion resistance, which can resist long-term impact of wood debris and damp workshop air, extending the service life of the whole machine greatly.
2. Transparent Observation Bin: Food-grade high-strength transparent PC polycarbonate material, high light transmittance and anti-cracking performance. Operators can observe the internal material accumulation and filtration status in real time without stopping the machine for disassembly inspection, which greatly improves production convenience.
3. Filter Cartridge: Imported polyester fiber coated filter material with waterproof and oil-proof coating. It features high dust holding capacity, good air permeability and excellent fine dust interception efficiency for micro wood powder below 5μm.
4. Connecting Pipe & Fittings: High elastic PU wear-resistant corrugated hose, anti-blocking and anti-cracking, adapting to flexible connection in different installation positions; control box uses insulated fireproof plastic shell for safe power operation.

750W cyclone separatorThe whole dust removal process is divided into two core purification stages to realize graded dust separation:
1. Primary Cyclone Separation Stage: When the fan starts to generate strong negative pressure airflow, mixed dust gas containing large wood scraps and sawdust is sucked into the cyclone cylinder at high speed. Under the action of centrifugal force, large particle wood debris is thrown to the inner wall of the cyclone barrel, slides down along the barrel wall into the bottom ash bucket by gravity, completing the primary separation of most coarse materials, which can avoid large debris directly impacting and damaging the filter cartridge.
2. Secondary Fine Filtration Stage: The airflow carrying tiny fine wood powder enters the transparent filter bin. Fine dust is blocked on the outer surface of the polyester filter cartridge, and clean air penetrates the filter material and is discharged out of the equipment through the fan outlet.
3. Automatic Pulse Self-Cleaning System: The built-in pulse blowing device regularly sprays instantaneous high-pressure airflow inside the filter cartridge. The dust accumulated on the filter surface is shaken off and falls into the lower ash bin automatically, which keeps the filter cartridge with stable air volume and dust removal efficiency for long-term continuous operation, and greatly reduces manual maintenance frequency.
